Call For Entries

“All “Calls for Entries” have been completed!  The book team collected over 650 submissions and is busy putting the book together and making our selections.  The team has also already picked our 6 photographers to interview and they have all been contacted!  So here is our current time line (note if the schedule slips we will periodically post a revised time line):

March:
At a pace of about one a week we will start to announce the 6 names of photographers selected to for the interviews.

April:
Early to mid April we hope to be sending out acceptance e-mails for the Galleries.  Keep an eye out here and on the toycamera.com forum for the announcement.  Also keep an eye on your in-box (and spam filter just to be safe).  A note, many of your images were missing info, and some were not sized properly.  We will be asking you to provide this information and potentially the re-sized image.  We will need you to do this within a very short period of time so make sure you get in touch with us as soon as you receive your acceptance e-mail.  If we fail to hear from you we may just replace your image with another.

May/June:
The book team will be doing the final edits and making a few hard copies for final inspection and color checking to ensure the book looks great.

June/July:
We hope to release the book for sale on Blurb in late June early July.”
